Shaista Asad

Shaista Asad, a poet and a sensitive soul, carrying several years of experience as a primary school teacher, having lived in the desert sands of Dubai, has been so touched by the beauty of nature around her that ties her to the city of Edinburgh.

She says her best friends are books that she borrows from different libraries, which not only add to her experience but keep her in good company. She is a people oriented person and her aim is to publish a poetry book for children.
