The building consists of a reception area, offices, large sports hall, function hall, large meeting room and changing rooms with showers. The football pitches are adjacent to the Centre and additional showers were added in 1996. At the end of 2006 an additional room which can double up as a small meeting room or crèche facility was added. The building is accessible to people with disabilities.

The staff team consists of a full time Community Learning and Development worker, full time administrator and 2 Centre assistants who work alternate shifts.

The Centre is also regularly used a venue for community conferences and training events.  Also based in the Centre is Children.Inc, an organisation who specialise in dealing with children with special needs and their carers.
